Edikaikong soup is a popular Calabar soup that is common in the south southern part of Nigeria. It is very popular and the reason why many want to learn how to cook edikaikong soup. 1. Prepare your fresh meat and cook it properly until done. Cook with very small water🌹 then add properly washed and checked stockfish and smoked fish and cook for 2-4minutes to soften the stockfish.

2. Add waterleaf to the sauce made from cooking your meat and stockfish and cook for 1-2 minutes🥰.

3. Add properly washed dry fish, crayfish and other seasonings and cook for 1-2 minutes💞.

4. Add palm oil (an amount that is equal to the quantity of our soup) and cook for 1-2 minutes.

5. Mix properly and add your well washed vegetable (pumpkin) leave.

6. Add well washed periwinkle

7. Cook for 1-2 minutes and food is ready.

NB: Always watch the amount of water you use in the process, except you like watery soups.
