Excellent. To be honest, the steak-dry-aged was incredible. The ribeye had a crispy fatty layer with a wonderful sear and delicate medium-rare inside the actual steak, which was perfectly tasty. We loved the truffle Mac and cheese, which I’m not sure if I should classify as a side or main course since it exceeded all of my expectations. It was fantastic.
